Homemade Fast Food Favourites

RECIPES:
Chick'un Nuggets:
1 block firm tofu, pressed to get excess water out
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup or more almond milk
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (google how to make this if you can't buy it)
salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 (or more time if you want crispier nuggets).

Apple Pies:
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup water

Filling:
1 apple
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp water

Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes. If you want them golden brown on top, brush with melted vegan butter before baking.

Ice-cream Treat:
2 frozen bananas, chopped
1 scoop coconut whip or splash of non dairy milk
add ins: choose your favourite! Some suggestions: crushed cookies, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon
