Cookies & Cream Mug Cake

Cookies & Cream Mug Cake:
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup non dairy milk
2 tbsp oil
splash of vanilla
crushed Oreo cookies (or alternative if Oreos are not vegan where you live)
Cook in microwave for 1 min 30 seconds, then touch the top to see if it is slightly firm. If it is very soft put it in for another 30 seconds. It will keep cooking for a few seconds after you take it out so leave it to cool for a minute before eating.
